HRI Services Inc. has been in business for well over thirty years, specializing in the hospitality industry. All the principles have owned and operated several restaurants in the greater Boston area, from full service restaurants and pubs, to nightclubs, breakfast and lunch businesses. They are well positioned to assist you whether you are buying or selling your business, or looking for help growing your business.

Paul R Tallino, CFO

For more than thirty years, Paul has brought many people together in the restaurant business. His many years of practical experience brings creativity and consulting to the buying or selling of a restaurant. As a former restaurant owner himself, and former Vice President and Director of the MRA, Paul knows first hand the pressures and challenges that business owners face.

Christopher J Tallino, President

After graduating from Johnson and Wales University, with degrees in both Hotel and Restaurant Management and Culinary Arts, Christopher joined Houlihan's Restaurant Group. For 14 years Christopher was Executive General Manager for several locations in the greater Philadelphia area. In 2002 Christopher joined the HRI Services team. Christopher opened the Philadelphia office and in 2004 joined the Boston office. Christopher brings a great deal of experience in restaurant business management and in the field of culinary arts.

Louis Theodos, Vice President
Louis Theodos joined HRI Services Inc. in 2007. With over 30 years at Anthony's Pier 4 Restaurant as General Manager, he has experience in all facets of the restaurant business, including training of managers and servers, bar serving and kitchen organization. Louis is a very valuable asset in assisting sellers in the sale of their business and real estate. His knowledge and experience enhances the services of HRI and their ability to offer the best assistance to any seller or buyer.

Mark Richard, Vice President of Business Development

Mark Richard has been an advisor to HRI Services for 20 years and joined us fulltime in 2012.As a former Director of Operations and Director of Marketing for regional restaurant companies, as well as owner and operator of varied theme-style restaurants, he brings 35 years of experience that benefits all food concepts.He understands the challenges facing the independent operator and has been helpful in maximizing their profit potential. He assists clients who look to sell their business/real estate or expand into the multi-unit market. He heads up our newest division - Business Development. He is a full service restaurant consultant and also sells businesses and real estate.

For over 15 years Paul has been locating the very best restaurant managers, chefs and executive managers for the major chains, throughout the country, as well as local chains and independent operators. As a former restaurant manager himself, he has a full understanding of what it takes to be successful in the industry.
