All the principles have owned and operated several restaurants in the greater Boston area, from full service restaurants and pubs, to nightclubs, breakfast and lunch businesses. For more than thirty years, Paul has brought many people together in the restaurant business. His many years of practical experience brings creativity and consulting to the buying or selling of a restaurant. As a former restaurant owner himself, and former Vice President and Director of the MRA, Paul knows first hand the pressures and challenges that business owners face.

After graduating from Johnson and Wales University, with degrees in both Hotel and Restaurant Management and Culinary Arts, Christopher joined Houlihan's Restaurant Group. For 14 years Christopher was Executive General Manager for several locations in the greater Philadelphia area. In 2002 Christopher joined the HRI Services team. Christopher opened the Philadelphia office and in 2004 joined the Boston office. Christopher brings a great deal of experience in restaurant business management and in the field of culinary arts.

Louis Theodos joined HRI Services Inc. in 2007. With over 30 years at Anthony's Pier 4 Restaurant as General Manager, he has experience in all facets of the restaurant business, including training of managers and servers, bar serving and kitchen organization. Louis is a very valuable asset in assisting sellers in the sale of their business and real estate. His knowledge and experience enhances the services of HRI and their ability to offer the best assistance to any seller or buyer.


Paul R Tallino, Jr., President Executive Search Division

For over 15 years Paul has been locating the very best restaurant managers, chefs and executive managers for the major chains, throughout the country, as well as local chains and independent operators. As a former restaurant manager himself, he has a full understanding of what it takes to be successful in the industry.
